Product Overview

The Seaflo Water Accumulator Tank 8L water accumulator tank is designed with larger vessels in mind or water systems that require a greater damping effect. Accumulator tanks hold a reservoir of air and water downstream from the pump. The air acts as a cushion, absorbing pressure fluctuations and vibrations (which can shorten a pump’s life), smoothing the flow and making the system quieter. Accumulators allow the pump to reach shut-off pressure more smoothly, which reduces the on/off cycle, giving better control of water delivery and extending the life of the pump.
